Sharifah Khalisah - Day 10
It was something supper suprising for me. Everthing happened in a split second.
I could still remember how happy and exciting it was. The best ever moment shared by me and Hubby.. Sharifah Khalisah was born! On Tuesday, 19 September 2006 @ 1349hrs.
Delievery went on smoothly. It's so great to be a mother afterall. Though the hardwork and pains and sacrifice i hv to make. But for my cherry pie, mummy will always love you and bring u up to be mummy's beautiful angel!
First contractions @ 8am [continuously at the peak every 5 mins]
Tell my Mama @ 9am [pain felt stronger but still controlable] =)
Make a move to KKH @ 10.15am [already in cab, driver was super fast. lol.]
Reach KKH @ 10.40am [went to delievery suite at women's tower at level 2]
Reach Obs. rm [to check if i was really on labour] @ 11am [pain was very strong by now but still controlable] =)
- Lost track of the time then..-
was moved to the labour ward after the vaginal check and i was 9cm dilated!
water bag wasn't broken yet still..
then..
a doc came to break it @ 12++pm
hubby was not there yet.. so waited for him to come in about 30 mins or so... [only husband was allowed to accompany me so my mama waited outside.
When hubby came.. i cld see his excited face for the arrival of our v first baby..
hurhur..
by the time pain was in the extreme but i still stay strong a chose not to take any gas nor painkillers like epidural..
strong encouragement from hubby.. =)
and yah..
pain gets more and more @ 13++pm and chose to take the laughing gas..
stupid gas i wld say.. cos it only works for few contractions. -_- lol.
and soon after that i tot i was dying but i was wrong.. it was time to push!

Baby Sharifah Khalisah was born!!! @ 1349 hrs
That was the moment i felt the sweetest part of my life with hubby by my side..
The umbilical cord was 4 rounds ard her neck and yet it was still loose! cld u image how long the umbilical cord was? i was thankful to god that she's born healthily and safely..
Sharifah Khalisah was 2790grams, 48cm long and 31.5cm head circumference!
Now, she's 10 days old.. and has gained some weight still looking chubby and reddish just like a cherry pie..
I promise not to regret as regreting wont bring anything back to normal.. and hubby and me will work hard to bring her up in a good manner..
For baby.. mama & ayah will love you always. Muackz!!
